HomeExit STL is operated by McNaughten Properties LLC. The HomeExit STL marketing website at homeexitstl.com does not maintain its own seller-inquiry database. When you choose to start a property request, you are directed to a ProWorx page used by HomeExit STL to receive and manage the information you choose to submit.
Information you provide
A property request may include your name, phone number, email address, property address, property condition, photos, timing, and notes you choose to provide. That information is used to review your request, communicate with you, and evaluate whether a direct purchase may be a fit.
Service providers
HomeExit STL may use service providers, including ProWorx, to operate business systems and communications. These providers process information on HomeExit STL’s behalf according to their applicable terms and privacy practices. HomeExit STL does not sell personal information submitted through a property request.
