Jeff was born in St. Louis and has lived in Jefferson County for more than 35 years. He brings more than 20 years of experience as a first responder and more than two decades of involvement in real estate to every homeowner conversation.
First responders are professional problem-solvers. They learn to remain calm during stressful situations, listen carefully, act with integrity, and help people understand what happens next. Jeff brings those same values to homeowners dealing with the many issues that can make selling a house difficult.
He started HomeExit STL because selling a home is not a one-size-fits-all decision. A traditional listing may be right for some homeowners. Others need an off-market option that better fits the property, their circumstances, or their timeline.
